Swindon Palestine Solidarity (SPS) Organises Peaceful March for Justice in Palestine

Swindon Palestine Solidarity (SPS) extends a warm invitation to the community to participate in a peaceful march scheduled for Saturday, December 16th, aimed at advocating for justice and shedding light on the persisting conflict in Palestine.

The gathering point for participants is The Lawns entrance on Old Town High Street, situated on the corner with Charlotte Mews, at 11 am. The march is set to commence at 11:30 am.

This march will wind its way through the heart of Swindon, strategically stopping at significant locations to deliver powerful messages and reminders of the lives deeply affected by the ongoing conflict in Palestine.

The first crucial stop on the march itinerary will be at the local MP’s office on Wood Street, emphasising the importance of engaging political representatives in addressing the pressing issues at hand.

Continuing the march, participants will reach BBC Wiltshire, urging the media to report accurately and fairly on the challenges faced by the Palestinian people. The culmination of the march is anticipated at Regent Circus around 12:30 pm, where speakers will share insights, stories, and calls to action.
