Police Release Image in Distraction Burglary Probe in Swindon

Police are appealing for information as they investigate reports of distraction burglaries in the Taw Hill area of Swindon. Throughout February, a series of incidents have occurred involving an individual claiming association with the local housing authority.

According to reports, the individual, purportedly representing the housing association, visited several properties in the area during February. Despite being asked, the man declined to produce any form of identification. On February 2nd, he managed to gain entry to a property, where he proceeded to take photographs within the premises. Fortunately, it appears that nothing was stolen during this incident.

Subsequently, on February 14th, the same individual was observed in the vicinity once again.
