Mr Parry brings with him a wealth of experience from a career steeped in hotel operations. He joins Cricklade from his role as Director of Operations at Crest Hotels, having also served in senior positions at voco St David’s in Cardiff and De Vere Tortworth Court.
Now settling into life in Wiltshire, Neil said:

Known for his hands-on leadership style, Neil was previously listed in the Boutique Hotelier Power List in 2022 and played a key role in driving recovery and growth following the pandemic. At Cricklade, he’ll oversee all operations, support team development and help drive forward plans for expansion and refurbishment.
