Swindon Borough Council have reported that they are beginning to finalise and complete the improvement work at Junction 16 and there are no planned closures over the next fortnight. New traffic lights have been installed and switched to a fixed time sequence which will be in place until Tuesday (8, May).
Also the right hand turn from Royal Wootton Bassett to Hay Lane, Wroughton is expected to be open from Tuesday (8, May).
