Morrisons have today launched an urgent recall on their green beans after two separate customers discovered ‘deliberately’ hidden metal needles inside the vegetables.
The supermarket urged all customers to return the vegetables to stores.

Morrisons have informed the relevant authorities and are investigating the incidents.
