If you could only see ten people, who would they be?

It is being reported today that we could see lockdown rules relaxed to enable us to socialise with a group of no more than 10 friends and family.

If this were true who would you choose?

According to one national newspaper this morning the relaxation of the rules ‘would allow close family members to meet for meals, or enable friends to share childcare.

‘It could also allow couples who do not live together to see each other.’

But, if you are in one group of ten, or ‘cluster’ as its being referred to, you would not be allowed to mix with others outside of your chosen ten.

From reports it is believed that, if that plan were to materialise, you will be able to nominate a list of people you wish to be able to see, from no more than one or two households. – How this will be policed is anyone’s guess?

Belgium had already announced earlier in the week that this was a plan they were looking to explore but have since announced plans to relax the lockdown over three phases.

According to the Daily Mail, a Whitehall source said: ‘If we can find a way to allow a bit more flexibility without risking transmission of the disease running higher then we will do it.’

Is this really a workable plan?
