Wiltshire Police are investigating an incident where graffiti was written on a sign at the Punjabi Community Centre on Cricklade Road, Swindon.
The damage to the sign was discovered on Tuesday 3 March.
They are appealing for witnesses, if anyone heard or saw anything suspicious on or before this day or know about this damage, they are asked to contact PC Ian Woodward on 101 or anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
