Lindt & Sprüngli the chocolatier who have an outlet at the Great Western Outlet Village is recalling two of its Easter eggs due to an ingredient not being listed on the packaging.
Both of the Excellence Dark Extra Fine Shell Egg and Lindor Strawberries & Cream Shell Egg contain barley which is not mentioned on the label meaning the products are a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy to barley.
The Food Standards Agency have indicated the products do not pose a risk to consumers with coeliac disease but is asking those who have purchased the chocolate Easter treats not to eat them and return them to the store from where they were bought for a full refund.
