When do you start to get excited for the start of Christmas? Is it the first airing of the John Lewis advertisement? The Town Centre light switch-on or the bright red truck driving across the country stopping off in towns and cities along the way?
To many the sight of Coca-Cola’s Christmas truck is the ultimate sign that December 25th is on its way – and this year fans of the sugary (and not soo sugary) drink are hopeful of it returning to Swindon.
Coca-Cola normally release details of the red truck tour in the first week of November, with 2018’s dates released on November 6th.
With previous visits taking place in Wharf Green and the Orbital it remains to be seen if 2019 will be the third successive year, Swindon will not be getting a visit from the Christmas truck.
