Brother Max children’s nightlights have been pulled from shelves over fears they might overheat.
Both the Bunny and Bear version of the Carry & Hang Nightlight have been affected due to an overheating risk and customers who have already purchased them are being warned not to use them.
The product has been sold in Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Mothercare, Boots and also through eBay and Amazon.
The company say the recall has happened due to “an isolated incident where the product overheated”.
Customers with one of the nightlights has been urged to stop using immediately and unplug it at the mains.
The model number is 70384BL2 with barcode 5060164670384.
Customers who have purchased either of the lights can email the Brother Max helpline for a refund on family@brothermax.com.
