On the 20th February 2016, when Oliver was only three and a half years old, he suffered an unexpected seizure at home and was rushed into the Accident and Emergency Department in Oxford. The incident was found to have been caused by Acute Necrotising Encephalopathy of Childhood (ANEC) a rare brain condition affecting just 150 people across the world.
Oliver’s parent are now seeking to raise money to help improve his quality of life and to help raise money and awareness for the Children’s Charities which have helped him and continue to help so many other children throughout the UK.
There is already a Go Fund Me page and a fundraising page where you can read the full story and learn more about the condition and the treatment, therapy and equipment Oliver needs to help return him to something close to his normal life.
To help contribute towards these on-going fund-raising efforts, there will be a live, on-line charity auction via Sam May’s Photography Page on May 1st at 7.pm where you can bid on a wealth of items including…
1 hour personal session with celebrity trainer Matt Fiddes.

But of course it is not all about winning auctioned goodies, it is knowing that your money will go to help one small boy have a better life and that is something that you can’t put a price on.
