Police are appealing for witnesses and dash-cam footage after a disturbing incident in Swindon left a 17-year-old learner driver and her mother extremely frightened.
The incident took place between approximately 10.20pm and 10.30pm on Thursday 2 January along Kingsdown Road, between the turning for Kingsdown Cemetery and the Kingsdown pub in Stratton.
