To celebrate “National Storytelling Week”, Swindon Artswords presents “A World of Stories” with storytellers John Row, a veteran of the U.K. festival scene; Baden Prince (Jnr) a London-based Spoken Word teller; and Kirsty Hartsiotis, who specialises in folk tales.
Come and hear, join, and enjoy three accomplished and international storytellers tell tall tales from nearby and from far away.
You can sit back, listen, and enjoy, or offer to tell one of your own.
Stories unite us. Their common themes both celebrate and lament human strengths and weaknesses. We all tell stories, at home, at work, aroundthe fire, or in the pub. Tonight, we do so in a library!
FREE event, A World of Stories, Central Library, Friday 1st February, 7pm – 8.30pm Swindon, SN1 1QG
