The UK Pantomime Association has announced a landmark sponsorship agreement with Trafalgar Entertainment and ATG Entertainment, two of the most influential names in British theatre. This collaboration will provide financial support and a rotating host venue for The Pantomime Awards, ensuring the event’s continued growth and success.
The 2025 ceremony is set to take place on Sunday 13th April at the New Victoria Theatre, Woking, marking the first year of this new partnership. Trafalgar Entertainment and ATG Entertainment will alternate as hosts in future years, demonstrating their commitment to celebrating and promoting pantomime as a vital part of British culture.

Simon Sladen, Chair of the UK Pantomime Association, expressed his enthusiasm for the deal, stating: “This collaboration secures The Pantomime Awards’ future and highlights the importance of pantomime within the UK’s cultural landscape. We are thrilled to be working with Trafalgar Entertainment and ATG Entertainment to champion Britain’s greatest and most-loved artform.”
Chris McGuigan, Group Commercial Director for Trafalgar Entertainment, echoed these sentiments, saying: “Pantomime has long been the foundation of regional theatre, often providing children with their first experience of live performance. We believe this partnership will help celebrate and support the artists, writers, musicians, and performers who make pantomime such a cherished tradition.”
Claire Dixon, Business Director for ATG Entertainment, also emphasised the importance of the sponsorship: “This agreement is a significant step in securing pantomime’s place in the UK theatre landscape. By raising the profile of this beloved artform, we ensure it remains a core part of British family entertainment for generations to come.”
The UK Pantomime Association works throughout the year to support and recognise excellence in the industry, and this new sponsorship will allow it to continue championing the creativity and talent behind one of Britain’s most enduring theatrical traditions.
