I know it is a long way off but XTC fans in particular and music fans in general should note the following dates in their diaries.
A few local fans of the band are trying to organise a XTC Fan Convention get together in Swindon on Friday 15th September to Sunday 17th September 2017 at The Southbrook Inn Swindon.
The proposed weekends events are an open mic. session, a walk around the Town Centre visiting XTC related places, a quiz, a raffle, a chance for fans to show off their band memorabilia, local circuit stalwarts Vice Versa performing a purely XTC set and a coach trip to the Uffington White Horse, as depicted on the cover of their seminal English Settlement album.
Anyone interested in being part of the event should contact Gary via e-mail at harvest38@hotmail.comor visit are XTC Facebook Convention page HERE
