Fresh from sold-out shows across the UK and millions of online views, comedian Josh Pugh is heading to Wyvern Theatre next year with his latest stand-up tour, Ha Ha, Yeah Sound.
The Birmingham comic will perform in Swindon as part of a 27-date national tour beginning in September 2026, with audiences promised an evening of sharp observations, awkward charm and the sort of dry humour that has made him one of the country’s fastest-rising comedy names.
Pugh has built a loyal following through appearances on programmes including Live at the Apollo, Mock the Week and Would I Lie to You?, alongside his hugely popular social media clips which regularly rack up hundreds of thousands of views.
His previous tours sold out around the country, while critics have praised his understated delivery and offbeat storytelling. Rolling Stone UK described him as “a must-see stand up”, while The Guardian called his show “clever and heartwarming”.
Away from the stage, Pugh has also written and starred in his own sitcom, Stepping Up, for Channel 4.
The Swindon date is expected to prove popular, particularly following the success of recent comedy nights at the Wyvern, which continue to attract major touring acts to the town.
