Alex James, the mastermind behind the festival, expressed his excitement: “I’m absolutely thrilled to be welcoming everyone back to the farm. We’ve pulled out all the stops to create a weekend packed with incredible music, top-notch food, and something for the whole family to enjoy. My star-studded Britpop Classical will be a unique and fitting way to close Big Feastival 2025, almost exactly 30 years since Blur and Oasis went head-to-head. I can’t wait to see everyone here in the beautiful Cotswolds for what promises to be our best summer celebration yet!”

The festival kicks off in style with Nelly Furtado headlining Friday night, bringing a setlist filled with hits such as ‘I’m Like A Bird’, ‘Maneater’, and ‘Promiscuous’. With over 40 million records sold worldwide, she is set to deliver an electrifying opening to the weekend.

Saturday night sees Faithless (Live) take centre stage, ensuring a dance-fuelled evening with classics like ‘Insomnia’ and ‘God Is A DJ’. Known for their epic live performances, this set is expected to be one of the highlights of the weekend.

Closing the festival in grand style, Alex James’ Britpop Classical will celebrate the anthems that defined a generation, featuring orchestral renditions of Britpop classics with special guests yet to be announced.

Food is at the heart of Big Feastival, and 2025 is no exception. This year, Michelin-starred chef Raymond Blanc and Hairy Bikers’ Si King will headline the Big Kitchen, sharing their culinary expertise with festivalgoers.

Other top chefs appearing include Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch host Simon Rimmer, social media star Emily English, and BBQ maestro DJ BBQ. They will be joined by Bake Off: The Professionals judge Cherish Finden, Ottolenghi Test Kitchen’s Noor Murad, and The Pig’s team, who will showcase their famous ‘25-mile menu’ focusing on locally sourced ingredients.

For those keen to hone their skills, the Raymond Blanc Cookery School will provide hands-on masterclasses, while the festival’s Fire Pit area will deliver live fire-cooking demonstrations.

Big Feastival is renowned for its family-friendly atmosphere, with a host of activities designed for children and parents alike. Dance star Oti Mabuse will lead a family dance class, while children’s TV favourite Justin Fletcher is sure to delight younger fans. Hey Duggee will be making an appearance, and Barrioke with Shaun Williamson is set to provide plenty of laughs.

Comedy and live podcasts will also feature heavily, with performances from Bridget Christie, Lucy Beaumont, Lou Sanders, and Lloyd Griffith, alongside live recordings of The Scummy Mummies and Mum’s the Word! podcasts.
