Estate agent Moore Allen & Innocent has appointed two new professionals to its expanding lettings department.
Theresa Troupe has joined the the largest independent letting agent covering Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and Wiltshire as a property manager.
Her role involves looking after the requirements of both landlord and tenant, and overseeing the maintenance of properties.
Theresa has 14 years’ experience in property, and before joining Moore Allen she worked for Cain & Fuller, and Perry Bishop.
Theresa lives with husband and two children. She enjoys walking her dogs, jack russell Biscuit and border collie Stanley.
Commenting on her appointment, Theresa said: “I am delighted to be working as part of the already successful Moore Allen & Innocent team and to be given the opportunity to build on that success assisting landlords to comply with the increasingly complex regulations that are part and parcel of the letting and management of residential property.
“It is also nice to remain in Cirencester where I worked previously, albeit it was for a much smaller agency. My local connections have provided a very good insight in to what local landlords are looking for in terms of their lettings and management and I cannot wait to impress our landlords, new and old, with the teams expertise and high quality levels of service.”
Shelbie Williams has joined the company from CJ Hole, where she worked in lettings for over four years.
As lettings administrator, her job involves preparing tenancy agreements, sourcing references, and dealing with payments.
Shelbie grew up in the area, attending Kingshill School and Cirencester College. A music lover and keen festival-goer, she owns two dogs: Meg the collie, and Dolly the yorkie.
Announcing the new appointments, Paul Oughton, partner in charge of the residential lettings department, said: “Moore Allen & Innocent lettings is continually growing and we are delighted to have secured Theresa and Shelbie as key team members to assist with the high levels of activity and to continue our successful development.
Moore Allen & Innocent’s managed portfolio now extends to nearly 300 properties throughout Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and Wiltshire.
The recent combination with Graham Singer of Tetbury has also provided further growth opportunities both in terms of managed properties and new enquiries.
“The firms selection of properties currently available to rent ranges from a two-bedroom apartment in the pretty village of Sherston at £ 695 pcm to a stunning six-bedroom manor house for the Stowell Park Estate at £ 4,495 pcm,” said Shelbie.
“However, with an average of a rental property being launched and a property being let each day, even if these two don’t suit there is bound to be something.”
