On what is payday for thousands of workers across Swindon, HSBC and TSB have announced they are having problems with their apps after their mobile and online banking crashed earlier this morning, leaving customers locked out of their accounts.
Many customers have taken to Twitter to complain they are temporarily unable to check their accounts.
This is not the first time this month that TSB has suffered downtime preventing customers from accessing their accounts.
Whilst a HSBC said: “We are aware some customers are experiencing problems using Mobile Banking. We are investigating and will provide further updates,” TSB customers are still waiting to hear from their bank.
