A special sing-along of the hit film The Greatest Showman is coming to the Wyvern Theatre this May.
The interactive show, which involves watching the film and singing along with the on-screen lyrics, is coming to the venue on Saturday 4th May.
The success of the film, inspired by the imagination of P. T. Barnum, shows no sign of slowing down and tickets for the two performances at 3.00pm and 7.30pm are expected to sell quite quickly.
Fancy dress is strongly encouraged and full audience participation is essential.
Singalonga Productions is the company behind sing-along shows Grease, Sound of Music and Beauty and the Beast.
The show involves a live host teaching the audience ‘a unique set of dance moves that will truly make you come alive’.
They’ll show you how to use the interactive prop bags and get you practising your cheers and boos ahead of the movie, which features stars including Hugh Jackman, Zac Efron and Zendaya.
A spokesman said: “You the audience will rewrite the stars! It couldn’t be easier, or more fun!
“The first rule of Sing-a-long-a is there are no rules! Fancy dress is strongly encouraged and full audience participation essential.”
The show is for two hours and twenty minutes and suitable for children and adults.
Tickets cost from £17.50 with a reduction for children, and can be booked online .
