Leading Swindon recruiter Field has invested in new high end software to help improve services to its clients and candidates.
The Commercial Road based company, which has been in the town for more than 40 years, has migrated to a new CRM (customer relationship management) system which offers a higher level of security, ensuring the company is ready for tougher GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) rules governing data protection, which come into force next May.
The new CRM will also help map business progress so improving the service offered to clients and candidates.
The investment is part of Field’s development plans for the business. Last year, the Commercial Road headquarters was upgraded, and back office staff relocated to new offices in Milton Road.
