Beware of scam offering you free vouchers towards your Aldi shopping

If you do your weekly shop at Aldi, beware of the latest scam which is trying to trick you into thinking you’re saving money.

Over the last week there have been a number of posts on both Facebook and Twitter offering discount vouchers to the value of £65 off your shopping.

Aldi have taken to Twitter themselves to confirm that the £65 vouchers are fake and will not be accepted at any of their stores.

An Aldi spokesperson speaking to Metro.co.uk confirmed ‘The hoax £65 Aldi vouchers being circulated online are fraudulent and cannot be redeemed in stores.

‘We have not and would never ask customers to submit personal information via a website in return for vouchers.

‘We advise customers to ignore these adverts and not to share any personal information.’

Remember if it seems too good to be true it probably is!
