The Swindonian have received reports today of a 25 year old Swindon man passing away at a party at a rented mansion in the Oxfordshire village of Frilford Heath.
The party was held this past weekend in a house rented in the village where the average property price is just over £1million and a 7 bedroomed house can be rented at £1,000 per night.
Thames Valley Police confirmed “We were called to a report of a sudden death at a property in Frilford Heath, near Abingdon at around 6.50am on Sunday 26th March. Sadly a man in his twenties from Swindon was declared dead at the scene. This is being treated as an unexplained death and officers are preparing a file for the coroner.”
Our thoughts go out to the family and friends of the deceased.
More details will be available from the Oxfordshire coroner when the inquest has been opened.
